I'm a physicist and economist, currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Business School, and dad to two wonderful children.
I am a candidate on the 2025–26 academic job market.
My research focuses on the Future of Work. I study how workers and their skills interact with new technologies, such as Digital, AI, and Green Technologies in the presence of labor market and organizational frictions.
My work at the Digital Reskilling Lab focuses on the interaction between new technologies and skills allocation within organizations.
My work on the Green Transition (see my working paper and OECD paper) explores how the labor market, via workers' skills, influences the speed of green technology adoption and vice versa.
