I'm a physicist and economist, currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Business School.

My research focuses on the Future of Work. I study how workers and their skills interact with new technologies, such as Digital, AI, and Green Technologies in the presence of labor market and organizational frictions.

My work at the Digital Reskilling Lab focuses on the role of reskilling in adopting new (Digital and AI) technologies within organizations

My work on the Green Transition (see my recent working paper and OECD paper) explores how the labor market, via workers' skills, influences the speed of green technology adoption and vice versa, as well as what is needed for the transition to be inclusive.
