I'm a physicist and economist, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Business School.

My research focuses on the Future of Work. More specifically, I study how workers and their skills interact with new technologies, such as Digital, AI, and Green Technologies, both in a theoretical as well as empirical manner.

My work at the Digital Riskilling Lab, Harvard Business School, focuses on uncovering the role of reskilling and upskilling in adopting new (Digital and AI) technologies, in a way that benefits the economy and workers themselves.

My work on the Green Transition (see my recent working paper and OECD paper) explores how the labour market, via the workers' skills, influences the speed of green technology adoption and vice versa, as well as what is needed for the transition to be inclusive.
